Started in 1998 as Tommy’s Pressure Cleaning. Over the years he has built the company into a well-respected contractor in our industry. Tom has over 25 years of experience and is still hands on, with his field experience and his desire to continue educating himself with new industry materials and modern construction techniques he has led the company into the 20th century. He looks forward to continuing to serve the community and grow the company.
Ben Judd formed Judd, Enterprises, Inc., DBA, all American Waterproofing and Painting and DBA Ben F Judd General Contractor on January 1, 1995. In January 2010, Judd Enterprises merged with Tom White Painting. Ben Judd became the qualifier for Tom White Painting Restoration. Since joining our staff, Ben has acted as our Project Consultant on capital projects.
Joe joined TWI in 2020 and has close to 40 years of construction background. Joe has been a superintendent/ project manager for 20 years. Joe has a vast knowledge of carpentry, waterproofing and concrete restoration.
David joined TWI in 2005 and ran the residential division for TWI until January 2022, at that time the company started to concentrate on commercial projects only. He has transitioned to the commercial side and oversees large painting and restoration projects. Dave has over 30 years of experience in the industry. On his time off he enjoys the Tampa Bay Lightning, Bucs and Rays, he is an avid sports fan.
Alex joined TWI in 2022. Alex has over 15 years in the industry with experience in stucco, concrete, carpentry, waterproofing and paint coatings. His diverse background enables him to oversee many different projects. Alex leads by example, he still is hands on sometimes while interacting with his crews. In his time away from TWI he enjoys his family and his old truck.
Brandon joined TWI in 2021. Brandon has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Brandon has experience in paint coatings, waterproofing and concrete restoration. Brandon enjoys watching his son play baseball on the weekends.
Lou joined TWI in 2022. Lou was a home inspector prior to joining the TWI Team. Lou has a vast knowledge of experience in the construction field and has been working in the industry for 17 years. Lou’s time as a home inspector has made him very valuable to TWI as his attention to detail is second to none. Lou enjoys his very large family with his time away from work.
Darron joined TWI in 2014. He has 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Darron specializes in concrete repairs, stucco repairs, as well as waterproofing. Darron has supervised several large commercial and multi-family projects. He has many years of experience working on Hi-Rise buildings as well. During his time off, he enjoys fishing, bowling, watching the Tampa Bay Bucs, and spending time with his grandkids.
Josh joined the TWI Team in 2018. Prior to joining our team Josh had a distinguished 22-year military career serving in both Desert Storm & Desert Shield campaigns. Josh was awarded the Bronze Star while serving our country. Josh has over 27 years working with construction companies’ safety compliance standards and formulating safety programs. Josh is also a Certified OSHA Outreach Safety Trainer. Josh has been one of the most important assets to the TWI Team and helping our growth. Josh visits every job site to ensure the safety standards are complaint with OSHA regulations while also putting on classes for our employees to keep them up to date on the latest safety techniques and guidelines. In his free time josh is an avid bowler with multiple 300 games to his name.
Nancy joined the TWI Team in 2020. Nancy has over 30 years of experience in administrative and managerial work. Nancy is a problem solver with a can-do attitude. Nancy is an important part of our success as she interacts with all of our customers and our staff. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and walking as well as watching the Tampa Bay Rays.
Elexis joined the TWI Team in 2019. Her communication skills and eye for detail make her a valuable asset to our company. While working full time for TWI, she is also attending St. Petersburg College to obtain her degree. Her work ethic and loyalty to the company shows when interacting with all clients and our staff.
Tammy joined TWI in 2022. Tammy has 38 years in the bookkeeping industry along with accounting. She oversees our payroll, accounts receivable & payables. Her organizational skills and attention to the details help towards our success.
